There was lots of talk the next morning about our time spent at Chez Bay Gourmet. I specifically comment about ‘lots of talking’ because that was the goal of our event – to get people talking to each other. At times I think people didn't even realize that they were 'creating' something. I think the event
began with a group of strangers, and ended with new friendships created over an experience everyone shared. The food was just awesome! I don't know of a single person who left hungry or who didn't like everything that we made. Thank you for your help with the menu selections.

Booking Your Event

Booking your event is simple.

Call us at 919-477-7878 and tell us the date and times you have in mind (morning events typically begin at 9am, afternoon at noon or 1pm and evening no later than 6pm). Also, give us your estimated headcount. We are happy to provide you with a written quote and can usually hold a date for a day or so if you need to get an approval.

Method of Payment
We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We will need a 50% deposit on an event that is more than 45 days out and payment in full for events that are within 45 days. If you prefer to send us a corporate check, a credit card is still required to hold the date until a check is received. We will also require a credit card prior to the event to settle any unexpected charges at your event (including surprise additional attendees). We will provide you with an invoice in pdf format via email as soon as payment is made.

What Else We Need
We need your menu selection plus any change requests (generally these do not incur an additional charge unless we are asked for menu selections not currently available or for a custom menu), your roster of attendees (first name, last name, alphabetical by last name) and choice of one or two activities. These items are due to us no later than the Friday two weeks preceding your event date. If you would like to have specific teams working on recipes or activities, please submit your teams as well. If your group will have participants who speak English as a second language please also let us know.

Site Visit
You are welcome to schedule a site meeting to tour our kitchen prior to booking your event. If you need a Cuisine-Team representative to attend a meeting at your site, you may incur an hourly charge for our time.

Aprons
Aprons are included for most executive events and available at an additional charge for other events. We are unable to customize aprons. However, some groups like to add corporate logos, event information, etc to their aprons. You may pick up your aprons ahead of time and take them to a silk screener who can meet your needs.

Beverages
We will provide filtered water, ice, soft drinks and in warmer weather ice tea and/or lemonade. Please contact us regarding wine and beer.
